MDL Marinas is putting on a Green Tech Boat Show in 2021.

The event will be the first boat show of its kind in the UK and will display the marine industry’s latest green technologies, from 19-20 June at MDL’s Queen Anne’s Battery, Plymouth.

Tim Mayer, MDL’s Sales and Marketing Director, said: “Through our new Green Tech Boat Show we want to bring together the marine community’s innovators and change-makers, who are working towards a greener future for boating, and present their products on a public stage.

“This show is specifically for boat owners wishing to make the switch to greener options, and prospective owners who’d like to start their boating journey in the most environmentally friendly way possible.

“With 70 landside stands and 30 on-water berths available, this strong platform will allow the marine industry to demonstrate how it can contribute to combatting climate change, while still enabling people to enjoy time out on the water and the benefits that brings.”

The event is one of a series of shows MDL is planning for 2021, including its popular South Coast Boat Show (7-9 May), Ocean Village Boat Show (10-19 September), both at Ocean Village Marina, as well as the Thames Valley Boat Show (Penton Hook Marina on the Thames 9-11 April).
